For over 25 years, the EPA, air quality districts, public utilities, small businesses, and non-profit organizations have trusted La Ronda Bowen for effective communication strategies and leadership development. She established a Clean Air Act Compliance Assistance program modeled internationally, brought environmental justice to the Int’l. Air & Waste Management Association, developed effective strategies for communicating mortality, and trained emergency first responders on diversity communication.  She brings people together who don’t want to be there and builds collaborative working relationships.   Ms. Bowen has prepared dozens of individuals for critical interviews and presentations, trained teens for 21st Century leadership, and taught executives how to anticipate and manage change.  Her approach is innovative, fun, and effective. Involvement
As President of the firm, Ms. Bowen is personally involved in every project and selects the best associates for each client-specific team.

Ms. Bowen writes and speaks on communication, leadership, service, environment and entrepreneurship.  Her articles frequently appear in trade publications, newspaper, and other media. She received her baccalaureate degree from Norwich University and her master’s from Goucher College, and has held leadership positions in relevant organizations.
